How does Springfield Door Deals get all these hangers on the doors of Springfield? A large part of Springfield Door Deals distribution is done by community organizations. We will put a minimum of $10,000 back into the community this year with our fundraisers. The best part about our fundraisers is a group can show up for one afternoon and take home a check for the work that was completed that day. All you have to do is meet our Door Deals team on a weekend afternoon with a minimum of 15 workers, take our pre-made maps and directions, and hang our marketing pieces on the front doors of each route. No knocking on doors, no soliciting, only walking up to each individual door. This fun, VERY team oriented, fundraiser will provide great exercise for all involved. This is also a great way to get the funds raised by the actual group as apposed to parents and family buying products with only a percentage going back to the organization. Here is how it works.

How it works

The group will break up into teams of 4 with one driver (usually a parent). Door Deals will give each team a map with street names and location along with a stack of hangers that matches the number of houses on the map. That team will go hang their specific route and that is it! When all the teams are done the entire group meets back and Door Deals will write the organization a check. Door Deals pays the group on a per house basis. It all boils down to this… The more hangers a group has, the more houses the group can hang, and the more money the organization takes home. We encourage groups to do more than one fundraiser a year. Usually the second or third time the group can go much faster and make a lot more money. We have several groups that currently do about 8 or 9 a year.

It is very easy to get your organization on the list for 2010 fundraisers. Just e-mail info@springfielddoordeals.com with your organization’s name and contact info and someone from our team will contact you to put you on the list. You may also call 417-693-8819 or 417-619-6086 to speak to someone directly. We have plenty of work available so tell anyone you know that is in charge of fundraising for their group. It is hard work, but when was the last time that making money for a group was easy?
